Two posters presented at AACR 2026 highlight the clinical progress of JS207, DotBio's partnered PD-1×VEGF bispecific antibody:

mCRC (CT152): JS207 + XELOX achieved a 71% ORR and 96.8% DCR as first-line therapy in 32 metastatic colorectal cancer patients (MSS/pMMR), with median PFS and DOR not yet reached. No fatal TRAEs observed. ↗ View poster
